Hi, I'm Nikki.

Going for your next role is hard. You've done more than you think, but it's hard to see it on paper.

I've read a lot of applications. Now I use all of that to help you find your best examples and write them in your own words.

I've won roles before, and every application started the same way: old school, a couple of dot points about what I'd done. Now I help you do the same, and I use AI only to check spelling and grammar.

I'm your hype girl. I listen, and I never judge.

In 2025 I chose myself. Life's too short to spend on work that drains you, so I started Your Sidekick, because I wanted to help people in my community.

It's just me, on purpose. When you work with me, you get me, not a team you'll never meet.

I'm a resume writer working online, Australia wide. I live in Canberra, on Ngunnawal Country.
