Picking subjects, a course or a first job can feel like a huge decision to make at 16 or 20. It's normal not to know yet.

Here's how we work together. We start with what you're good at, what you enjoy and what matters to you. Then we turn that into a plan you can take one step at a time, with room to change your mind.

Each month you get:

1. A 1-hour session with me
2. Your top 3 next steps, in writing
3. Written feedback on your work
4. A 30-minute check-in

You'll leave with a 90-day plan for your next move.
