Tell me what you are after in a few sentences. Within one business day you will get either a price, or the two or three questions I need answered before I can give you one.
Nothing is charged until a scope is agreed in writing.
If something is wrong but you can't name it
Sit down with me for two hours. You explain what is going on, I ask a lot of questions, and you leave with a written plan and a straight answer about what to fix first. It costs $300. I call it a Sidekick Refresh.

I am a business support specialist in Canberra, on Ngunnawal Country. One person, deliberately small, doing the work myself. That is a feature, not a flaw.
Almost all of it happens online, so where you are does not matter. I work with businesses and sole traders right across Australia, and I am happy to sit down in person if you are local.
