Career coaching – $300 a month

I coach people at every stage: early in their career, mid-career, after a redundancy, changing careers or coming back to work. Nearly everyone makes the same mistake. They list what they were responsible for, not what changed because they were there.

Your first month

1. Week 1: Get clear. A 1-hour coaching session on what your next role looks like, and the gap between here and there. Within two days you get your top 3 next steps in writing.
2. Week 2: Tell your story. You work on your resume and story, and I give you honest written feedback.
3. Week 3: Sharpen it. A 30-minute check-in about you and your story.
4. Week 4: Make the plan. You get a 90-day plan for your next move.

By the end of the month, you'll have:

• A clear picture of what your next role looks like, and the gap between here and there.
• Your top 3 next steps, in writing.
• Honest written feedback on your resume and career story.
• A clear way to tell your story, and a ‘tell me about yourself’ pitch you can use in any interview or promotion conversation.
• A 90-day plan for your next move.
• A coach in your corner for the whole month, so you're not guessing on your own.

After that, you've got three choices:

• Keep going at $300 a month, with a coaching session each month and ongoing feedback.
• Need a break? Take one. Pick it back up whenever you're ready, for $300 a month.
• Stop. You take everything you've learned with you.
