I solve problems in the running of a business. The two hours below is where we find the problem. A project is how it gets fixed. Everything has a scope agreed in writing before it starts, so you will know exactly what I will do, what I will not, and what it costs.

You finish the week shattered and still drowning in work. Bring that in and I will ask a lot of questions. You leave with a written plan and a straight recommendation about what to fix first. Two hours. I call it a Sidekick Refresh.

You get: the two hours, a written plan, and a straight recommendation about what is worth your time and what is just keeping you busy. No sales pitch — if the answer is that you do not need me, I will say so. And if what you actually need is someone to take the work off you rather than a plan, I will say that too.

Projects — quoted for the job
Fixed scope, fixed end date, priced on what you get rather than the hours I spend. Most projects start from a Refresh, because that is where the outcome gets named. If you already know exactly what you want done, tell me in a sentence and I will quote it.
Typical projects:

- Website copy and business communications
- A process documented so someone else could follow it
- A system set up and working
Two ways a project starts. Either it comes out of a sit-down, or you already know what you want.
Tell me what you are after in a few sentences. Within one business day you will get either a price, or the two or three questions I need answered before I can give you one. Nothing is charged until a scope is agreed in writing.
How you pay: paid in milestones, agreed as part of the scope.

- How do I know what I am actually getting?
- Before anything starts, I confirm the scope in writing — exactly what I will do, what I will not, and what it costs. No surprises.
- Will I have to commit to something I am not sure about?
- No. Nothing starts until you and I have agreed a written scope.
- I only need help for a month or two — is that okay?
- Yes. Month to month means you can stop whenever you like. Just let me know a week before you want to finish. No penalty.
- What if the work is not what I expected?
- If the first month of ongoing support is not right, you get a full refund. No questions, no drama.
- Where are you based?
- Canberra, but almost all of the work happens online. I work with businesses right across Australia.
